Tell us who the care is for and what the days look like now. A short note is plenty. Someone from the Scottsdale office will call you back to talk it through, and you can always pick up the phone instead.

What happens after you call

First, someone at the office listens. You tell us who the care is for, how their days go now, and what has you worried. There is no form to get through and no wrong way to describe it.

Then we work out together what would help most, whether that is a hand with washing up in the morning, a cooked meal at noon, a reminder in the afternoon, or company in the evening, and how often.

After that, a care plan is put together around the person and their routine, and a caregiver comes to the home. The family hears from us if anything changes.
